The Savior Is Crucified

The application from this week’s lesson should be worship. I think that is the appropriate response to spending time focusing on Christ’s death for our sins. No, “5 ways to live” could really capture the impact of Christ’s work for us and his role as a substitute sacrifice dying in our place.

So I hope and pray that you will worship this week and that by doing so, you will be better prepared to teach your class so that they will worship as well.

Jesus in Jerusalem

No more hiding!

In this text this week we see Jesus stepping out into the public square, receiving worship, and even identifying himself as the Messiah, the Son of David. His hour had come…his time had arrived…it was now the moment of history that would bring about the death and resurrection of Jesus.

Let’s watch together as Jesus publicly arrives in Jerusalem.
